Registration and Fees

 

The registration fee is $275.00

 

The registration fee covers the cost of the syllabus, outlines, frequent snack breaks and meals.

 

The attached registration form should be completed and returned as soon as possible.

 

Cancellation with full refund must be received by written request before August 15, 2008

 

Where will you meet?

The University of Oklahoma Sixteenth Annual P.A. Certification/Recertification Review Course will be held on the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center Campus, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, in the East Lecture Hall of the Basic Science Education Building, 941 Stanton L. Young Blvd.

Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites-North, 6200 N Robinson, OKC, OK 73118, (405) 843-5558 or 800-682-0049, is offering rooms for $79.00 per night.  

 Please specify that you are attending the 16th Annual PA Review Course at the OUHSC. 

The Holiday Inn will make every effort to provide shuttle service for participants to the meeting location on the Health Sciences Center campus.  However, you should prepare for the possibility of arriving by taxi if the hotel shuttle is not immediately available.

 

 

Continuing Medical Education:

This course has received approval for 20 hours of Category I CME from the AAPA.

 

Course Overview____________________

This review course is designed to highlight the major aspects of clinical practice in the areas of Cardiology, OB/GYN, Psychiatry, General Internal Medicine and subspecialties, Hematology and Infectious Disease.  The material presented will provide attendees with an excellent foundation and general overview of certification areas for their studies.

 

Attendees will be provided a comprehensive syllabus designed to facilitate an effective review of the medical sciences.

 

Lectures

Each lecturer will present outlines and objectives for their respective topics.  In addition, each lecturer has been provided with board-style questions and will make every attempt to review material that has been highlighted in the past and what is considered to be essential clinical knowledge for the practicing Physician Assistant.
