Accommodations
This venue features a luxurious 483-room hotel rising 27 stories into the sky, a 30,000-square foot smoke-free convention center that is attached to the hotel, a 2,500 seat Paradise Cove Theater for live entertainment and sporting events, a tropical-themed resort pool and bar area, a variety of bars and restaurants plus a 50,000-square foot Margaretville Casino and Restaurant.
The special negotiated room rate is $149.00 for a single or double and $199 for a limited number of signature suites.
The special room rate is available until August 28/2025, or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. Please make your reservations NOW to avoid unavailability or a rate change!
Exhibit Hall Days/Hours
Exhibitors will have the opportunity to display on Wednesday, September 17th, and Thursday, September 18th. The exhibit hall will open for set-up on Tuesday, September 16th, from 4:00 – 7:00 pm and Wednesday morning from 7:00 – 8:00 am. The exhibit hall will open to attendees from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm on Wednesday, September 17th, and from 8:00am – 4:15 pm on Thursday, September 18th.

The OAPA offers three different exhibit space options. Attendees will have scheduled times to visit the Exhibit Hall, but exhibitors can expect a steady flow of traffic through out the 2-days of exhibiting.
Prime Booth
ONLY 8 spaces available. The Prime Booth spaces allow the exhibitor to choose their exhibiting space along with all the amazing exhibiting options and add-ons below.

Lunch Product Theater Sponsor
Friday lunch. ONLY ONE spot available. MUST contact Audrey Poole at info@okpa.org before signing up for this sponsorship option.
- Opportunity to present a 45 minute product theater to the attendees during Friday’s lunch.
- Sponsorship announced before lunch.
The OAPA will provide the AV needs for the product theater, eg (podium, microphone, sound speakers, LCD projector, etc), and the meal for lunch.
Thursday Night
Reception Sponsorship
ONLY ONE available. Must contact Audrey Poole a info@okpa.org before selecting sponsorship.

Wednesday Night
Dinner Program
ONLY TWO available. All dinner programs must be scheduled AFTER the Wednesday lectures. Must contact Audrey Poole a info@okpa.org before selecting sponsorship.
- The sponsoring company would provide a dinner at a self-selected restaurant (on-site or off-site) for however many attendees you would like to sponsor. You will provide a speaker to speak on whatever your company would like to speak on. The OAPA would then advertise the program for you and fill the slots that you have open.
- Dinner programs MUST be open for ALL SPECIALTIES to attend.
- The OAPA will not schedule any dinner programs that exclude certain specialties from attending.
Name Tag Sponsor
ONLY ONE available. Must contact Audrey Poole at info@okpa.org to set up sponsorship.
- This opportunity helps provide name tags to all conference attendees. Sponsors will provide lanyards for the conference and mail lanyards to the OAPA 3 weeks prior to the conference. Approximately 300 lanyards will be needed.
Door Prize Sponsor
Unlimited sponsorships.
- This opportunity helps provide door prizes to the conference attendees. Door prize sponsorships may be either a monetary donation to help purchase door prizes, the donation of an item, or gift certificate. Sponsors will be recognized on the website and during the drawing of door prizes.
