Who attends the OAPA CME Virtual Conference?

The OAPA CME Conference typically has an attendance of 600+ PA’s over three days. With the convenience of attending the conference virtually, we are marketing it to PAs not only from Oklahoma but from around the country.

What does a virtual exhibitor booth include?

  • Name on the event web page, which will include a link to your dedicated Company Landing Page. Once we have received payment and information, your page will be live on the website.
    • Landing Page can include:
      • About Us
      • Links to information regarding products/services including videos, articles, resources, and blogs
      • Links to download company resources and reports
      • Company representative listings with photo, name, and title (limit 2)
      • Pre- and post-CME electronic attendee lists. These lists will be emailed to you.

PRIME Exhibitor Booth (Only 5 Spots!)


EVERYTHING from the Exhibitor Booth and more!

  • Pre-Event:
    •  Listing in pre-event emails with link to your Company Landing page.
  • 15-minute dedicated break to connect with attendees in a Zoom breakout room
    • Within the 15-minute break you will be able to have a pre-recorded video played. The video can be self-recorded or a professional marketing video. Video must be received by Tuesday, September 1st. You will then have the opportunity to connect with the attendee’s live and answer any questions they may have in your own Zoom Room! Breaks will be reserved on a first come, first served basis so don’t wait!
  • Social Media posting during the event recognizing you as a prime exhibitor with a link to your Company Landing Page.
  • Post-Event:
    • An email will be sent to CME attendees with a short blurb about your company and links to your website. Up to 6 exhibitors will be included in the email.
