Guy is celebrating his 30th year in the healthcare industry focusing on risk management and risk funding. He started his career by starting his own insurance agency focused solely on Medical Malpractice insurance. Later he co-founded Fifth Avenue Healthcare Services, which owns and operates the largest credentialing IPA in the Midwest, Primoris Credentialing Network. He is also the co-founder and President of Fifth Avenue Agency, the largest Medical Malpractice insurance agency in Oklahoma. He recently joined HUB International, the 5th largest insurance brokerage in the world, as a healthcare team leader. He has been an expert speaker for IPAA, HFMA, and MGMA members. Guy has also created self insurance programs, risk purchase groups for IPA, ACO, CIN, and MCOs to optimize purchasing power, risk management, and claims mitigation.
