We have been notified that the state has recently transitioned to the ROVER NextGen system for registering deaths. They have asked us to relay the information below.
All individuals who certify death records must enroll in ROVER. If you were a user of the previous system, please note that re-enrollment is required to continue certifying death records.
Timely enrollment is crucial to maintain accurate reporting for Oklahoma and to help families address their needs promptly.
How to enroll: The ROVER NextGen application process includes three steps. Post Go-Live Q&A and Assistance Sessions
We are offering Post Go-Live “Office Hours” sessions for users to log in and ask questions or receive support as you are learning to navigate the new system. Once you get your question answered, you can log off or remain on to hear other questions being asked.
