Michael T. Leake Jr., J.D., is the Executive Director of the Oklahoma State Board of Osteopathic Examiners. Prior to his current role, Michael practiced law for many years with the Oklahoma City civil defense firm of Wiggins Sewell & Ogletree. In his current role, Michael manages and oversees all aspects of the state agency, including the licensing, supervision, and discipline of all osteopathic physicians in the State of Oklahoma.
Michael has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma and a Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law. Aside from his duties with the State, Michael volunteers his time with the Community Literacy Centers (“CLC”) and his local neighborhood homeowners association. Michael has served in various leadership positions, including currently as the President of CLC’s Board. Michael and his family live in Oklahoma City.
