New Licensing Portal Soon
The Oklahoma Medical Board (OMB) is on target to go-live with our new system approximately June 15, 2026. We want to share important information based on our current timeline. We will work to inform you quickly if there are any changes in these dates.
Current Licensees:
- You will use a new website and new login to renew, view, and manage your license – Your old saved or bookmarked website link will no longer work.
- There will be one week of downtime during the transition from June 8th – June 15th. During that time, you won’t be able to access your existing profile or renew.
- CE Broker will continue to be used to manage Continuing Education Information.
To prepare for the downtime:
- If you are an existing licensee, you don’t need to do anything if you receive emails from the Board.
- If you are applying for a license please submit your applications by June 5, 2026. Any applications not submitted by June 5, 2026 will not be transferred to the new system.
- If you are a licensee that fills out a Form 5, please mail the Form 5 postmarked by June 1, 2026, to ensure inclusion in the transition; otherwise, it can be submitted electronically after go-live.
- Bill pay will be temporarily unavailable during the transition, so please submit payments before June 1, 2026.
Licensee Search and Complaints
The public provider search portal and online complaint portal will remain available during the transition.
