Quality of Care and Prevention Programs

TMF Health Quality Institute

TMF Health Quality Institute is Oklahoma’s Clinical Quality Partner.

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has contracted with TMF Health Quality Institute to serve as the Quality Innovation Networt Quality Improvement Organization (QIN-QIO) in Oklahoma to provide free assistance to improve quality of care. Current programs include Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Chronic Kidney Disease.

Diabetes Prevention Program

Participants in this program reduce the risk of those with prediabetes by 58% for those under 60 and by 71% for those over 60. Medicare and some insurance companies in Oklahoma will reimburse this program in 2018.

Free STD Testing in Oklahoma City

“Recently, our team of researchers and medical experts investigated the rising number of STD cases in Oklahoma City. We believe there are two immediate problems that need to be addressed: education and accessibility.
