The ROVER Partner Support unit is comprised of ROVER Field Service Representatives and Help Desk staff. The unit is supervised my Ameyka Pittman and oversees the training and onboarding of users, addressing issues with data collection, and providing technical support for the Oklahoma birth and death certificate registration system. As ROVER Field Representatives, Kole Trent and Erin Burke provide training and onboarding of system users, consultation on current Oklahoma laws and statutes to all users reporting deaths and births, and addressing data quality issues. Collectively they have 30 years of service with the Oklahoma State Department of Health and 15 years of experience in Vital Records Division.
