Dr. Duvall is a Board Certified Neurologist and Oklahoma’s only Fellowship-trained Headache Specialist, having completed her fellowship at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN.
She is dedicated to forming partnerships with every individual patient she serves to create a comprehensive, personalized headache treatment plan. Dr. Duvall’s goal is to leave her patients feeling listened to, cared for, informed and with a renewed sense of confidence in their ability to manage pain.
She utilizes medical management, dietary and lifestyle education, non-pharmacological and pharmacological approaches, nerve blocks, BOTOX® injection therapy and infusion treatments. She treats adults, headaches during pregnancy and lactation, geriatric patients and atypical facial pain including trigeminal neuralgia.
