Janna Journeycake, MD

Janna Journeycake is Interim Division Chief of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology with Department of Pediatrics at OU Medicine.  She joined faculty at OU as a Professor of Pediatrics in 2018.  Prior to that, she graduated OU medical school in 1996 and then she moved to Dallas, TX to train in peds heme/onc at UT Southwestern.  After fellowship she remained on faculty there and has made a name for herself nationally as an expert in hemostasis and thrombosis, specifically in catheter-related thrombosis and anticoagulation during high risk situations such as ECMO.
