Annual OAPA Fall CME Conference – 2023

Dear Exhibitor:

The Oklahoma Academy of Physician Associates is pleased to announce that the 51st Annual CME Conference for Physician Assistants is scheduled from October 2-4th, 2023. The OAPA and its members are excited to have a live conference along with virtual streaming this year. Attendees will have a chance for exciting door prizes for those that visit each exhibitor. This will encourage all attendees to stop by your booth. Please see the registration page for additional sponsorship opportunities to showcase your business.

The beautiful Embassy Suites, 741 North Phillips Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK will be the host convention center. Special room rates of $139 per night for a Standard Room will be available to exhibitors. Reservations can be made HERE. All reservations must be made by the cut-off date of September 3rd @ 12:00 midnight to receive this negotiated group rate. Please note that availability is subject to guest room block and may be filled prior to the cut-off date, so please make reservations early to avoid unavailability or rate change.

Exhibitors will have the opportunity to display on Wednesday, October 2nd, and Thursday, October 3rd. The exhibit hall will open for set-up on Tuesday, October 1st, from 4:00 – 7:00 pm and Wednesday morning from 6:30 – 8:00 am. The exhibit hall will open to attendees at 8:00 am, Wednesday, October 2nd. Listed below are the days and times that the Exhibit Hall will be open to attendees along with pricing.
